In 2012 we achieved a lot. We set sales records. We hired new staff members. We changed payroll programs. We enrolled in a statistical tracking program. We also hired a consultant and work with new training programs.
For 2013 it is our goal to reduce repair time for customers. We will be increasing our tire and parts inventory. We will be adding new tools. We will be updating our website. There will be a host of additional changes all geared toward improving the customer experience and continuing to provide the best auto repair service in Akron.
